To ensure your event is a complete success, we provide the following equipment free of charge upon request: XL screen for your laptop, flipcharts, free Wi-Fi, notepads, and pens. Additional equipment is available upon request.

If you take a lunch break during your booking and leave the seminar room for around an hour, we will not charge you for this break time. This allows you to plan flexibly without having to pay for unused time. Each hour or part thereof is billed in 15-minute increments.
