Admission Criteria For Clubbing
For Gents:
No Stags allowed. Please bring a lady!
Minimum Age:
- Thursday from 10pm: Admission from 18 years onwards
- Friday & Saturday from 10pm:
Ladies from 21 years, gents from 23 years - On the other days we have no age restrictions.
Admission Fees
- Friday: CHF 10 or CHF 15 per person
- Saturday: CHF 20 each
- Ladies over 35 enjoy free entry on Fridays and Saturdays! (Exceptions reserved)
Booking Conditions For Lounges
- For lounge reservations, we make sure that the proportion of female guests in the group is at least 50%.
- Our Birthday Packages are only available on Fridays.
- A reservation is only confirmed once the pre-payment has been made via PayLink and we have received all the necessary details.
- You can cancel your Party Package free of charge up to 12 hours in advance (minus a processing fee of CHF 50.-).
- If you are running late, please notify us by telephone. Otherwise we will be forced to pass on the lounge 30 minutes after the agreed time.

Safety at the Bar Rouge
What fire safety standards apply at Bar Rouge?
Bar Rouge is located in the Messeturm, a skyscraper subject to strict legal safety and fire protection requirements. All safety-related facilities are regularly inspected and comply with official regulations.
What materials were utilised in the construction of the club?
All furniture and materials used comply with the prescribed flame-retardant fire protection classes. This has been checked and officially approved by the fire brigade. In addition, the building structures are mainly made of glass and concrete.
Does Bar Rouge have automatic security systems?
Yes. The entire facility is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and fire alarms that are directly connected to the fire brigade. This ensures an immediate response in the event of an emergency.
How is evacuation safety ensured?
All emergency exits are freely accessible at all times and can be opened from the inside without exception. Regular internal and external checks ensure that escape routes are always clear and clearly marked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is There A Dress Code In The Club?
Yes, we ask our guests to arrive appropriately to ensure an appealing atmosphere for all. Casual chic is preferable. Sneakers and caps are permitted.
Do You Have A Guest List?
Guest lists are available with lounge reservations.
Can I Pay By Card?
For a fast access during the Clubbing we recommend to pay the admission in the entrance area and at the cloakroom in cash.
At the top you can also conveniently pay by card. We accept Swiss francs and euros.
Do I Have To Pay Admission To The Bar?
No, you do not pay admission for the bar. On Friday and Saturday we switch to club operation from 10pm (see also admission prices).
Are The Bar And The Club Separate?
No, the entire Bar Rouge becomes a club at the weekend from 10pm.
Is There A Smoking Area?
Yes, we offer a separate smoking room where you can smoke.
Do I Have To Make A Reservation?
- If you would like a seat during bar service, we recommend a simple reservation (no minimum consumption).
- If you would like a lounge for the party, we recommend one of our attractive Party Packages.
- Of course, you can also just come by without a reservation.
Can I Make A Reservation For A Large Group?
We recommend a lounge reservation with one of our attractive Party Packages. For groups of more than 15 guests, we will subsequently arrange an individual offer for you.
